Meet the Skinspirations Team
Cynthia Elliott, MD
Cynthia Elliott, MD, is the owner of Skinspirations, an esthetic medical practice, and ExpertEsthetics, a clinician training facility. She has been a speaker and trainer for Allergan, the makers of Botox Cosmetic and Juvederm, as well as a physician trainer for Cutera Lasers, since 2007.
An expert featured in television and radio interviews, she’s also the author of multiple articles. Dr. Elliott is originally board certified and residency-trained in emergency medicine and obtained her MD from the University of Illinois College of Medicine.

Stacy has worked as an esthetic injection instructor and clinician at Skinspirations for over ten years. Her teachings have helped in developing the knowledge and careers of many professional, experienced technicians.
Kate Dellangelo, DNP
Clinician and Doctor of Nursing Practice
Kate Dellangelo is a board-certified APRN with a doctoral degree in nursing (DNP) and an honorary degree in comedy. She has been an integral part of the Skinspirations team for over nine years already and has extensive experience providing all the aesthetic treatments offered.

Alison Iemolo
Master Medical Esthetician
Originally from Long Island, as you’ll realize as soon as she speaks, Alison Iemolo is a licensed Medical Aesthetician with more than twenty-five years of experience in the esthetic field. She designs a customized skincare strategy for every client and strives to give each one a five-star experience at every visit. At home, she enjoys life with her dog Brixton and two cats.
Amber Polacek
Licensed Medical Esthetician, Tattoo Artist, and Medical Assistant
Amber has over 25 years of experience in multiple specialty medical practices and has earned advanced certifications in not only skincare techniques, but also Cool-Sculpting, lasers, cosmetic tattooing, and facial massage techniques, including intra-oral lifting/sculpting, manual lymphatic drainage, reflexology, and Gua Sha.
Amber and her husband have 2 grown children, 2 pet pigs, chickens, and a rescue dog.

Emma Elizabeth
Medical Assistant and Social Media Coordinator
As the Medical Assistant and Social Media Coordinator at Skinspirations, Emma has spent the last four out of seven years in health care dedicated to esthetic medicine.
With a strong working knowledge of nutrition and GLP-1 medications, Emma coaches our patients on their wellness and weight management journeys to guide them toward healthier lifestyles.
Emma has two pups named Bruce and Lune and enjoys bedazzling everything around her.
Faith LaJoie
Patient Coordinator
Faith has over eight years of experience in medical administration and customer service, with a strong focus on making our clients happy.
She earned her Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education, but her passion is in esthetics and skincare.
Faith works out six days a week, loves yoga, and has two cats named Leilah and Kitty.
Jeanne Wind
Bookkeeper and Compliance Officer
Jeanne Wind, Compliance Queen & Bookkeeper Extraordinaire, has been with Skinspirations before we even opened in 2005. She has almost fifty years of experience in the medical field, with roles ranging from practice manager to medical assistant to bookkeeper.
She’s a fan of reality shows and horror movies, and her proudest achievement is staying alive. She said that, not me.

In 2005, after 15 years as a practicing emergency physician in trauma centers, Cynthia Elliott, M.D. established Skinspirations, a medical practice devoted exclusively to aesthetic and regenerative medicine.
In 2007, Dr. Elliott was invited to train other physicians for Cutera Lasers, and in 2008, she was chosen to be a speaker and a trainer for Allergan, the company that manufactures Botox.
Dr. Elliott founded her hands-on aesthetic medical training company, ExpertEsthetics, in 2010, and has trained over 250 other esthetic providers in the US and the Caribbean.
Since 2005, Skinspirations has provided more than 88,000 esthetic treatments and consistently receives an average of 4.9 stars in Google reviews, making Skinspirations one of the most experienced and prestigious aesthetic practices in Florida.
